Did this truck come from Salem Oregon or Oregon it looks just like my buddys old truck that he lost over a accidents and couldn't afford to pay the bill. Is it for sale?

I just bought a truck in March from Oregon with that exact color combination. 1979 F100 short bed with an inline 6, bone stock. Definitely not as pretty, but looks to be original. I’m currently fixing her up. I bought it from an older man. Please let me know if this is it, I’d love to know. Thanks.
