This is my truck, Dirty Verde, a 1975 F-250 Ranger. Going for an 80’s/90’s survivor style build, the body is sporting all original paint and patina buffed out to shine. It has been rewired bumper to bumper with an American Autowire classic update kit. Under the hood a mild 460 build, bored 0.030 over with D0VE heads, a Comp Magnum cam, HEI ignition, headers, Edelbrock intake and eventually an EFI swap. The rear drum brakes were converted to disks and the vacuum booster was converted to a GM hydroboost unit to stop the big tires. For the perfect stance the truck is sitting on 16.5x12 Weld Stone Crushers wrapped in 35x14.5 Interco Boggers. This truck has been built be reliable and fun to drive, and I can’t wait to complete the finishing touches and get it on the road.
