Well… after a long time, here it is! The last slide is a video. 1997 Crewcab shortbed 7.3. This was a full frame off effort. Every nut bolt and washer has been touched. Most noticeable is the 80-86 front clip and bed swap. It’s not a bolt in effort but with a little fab work and patience it goes on nicely. I swapped a zf6 in place of the factory auto, and had the engine out on a stand to freshen up. Should be in the 550hp ballpark now. 2006 f550 axles were swapped in along with a front 4 link. I built the dually short bed myself. Not quite finished, but good enough for some pictures and a quick shakedown test. I still have to do a few things and work out the bugs but it’s almost there. Once I get the interior a little more dialed I’ll be sure to take some pictures and videos.
