This is a 79 Ford is an extended cab, Supercab that has been restored by Brothers Classics. It's long bed pickup that was acquired eight years ago following a refurbishment that included a repaint in red as well as installation of a replacement 460 ci V8 crate engine, powder-coating the frame, a custom exhaust system, a suspension lift, and 38″ tires on polished 20″ alloy wheels. Brothers Classics are a small family in the NW and have a passion for cars and going fast!
Additional equipment includes an automatic transmission, a dual-range transfer case, front disc brakes, an a bar with driving lights, Ranger Lariat trim, a CB radio, and a trailer brake controller.
The truck was repainted under previous ownership and features a sliding glass rear window, chrome front and rear bumpers, a front A bar with Marchal driving lights, a receiver hitch, Ranger Lariat fender badges, and a lockable storage compartment under the bed on the passenger side.
Polished alloy 20″ Weld Racing wheels are mounted with 38″x15″ Interco TrXus tires. The truck has been lifted on aftermarket suspension components, and rear leaf spring clamps were recently added.
The cab houses twin bench seats and door panels upholstered in red and silver vinyl with matching cloth inserts. Red carpets line the floors, and faux wood trim accents the dash. Amenities include a tunnel-mounted transfer case shifter, pop out rear quarter windows, a detachable-face stereo, a CB radio, and an electronic trailer brake controller.
The two spoke steering wheel frames an 85 mph speedometer as well as oil pressure, charging, and fuel gauges. The five digit odometer shows 32k miles.
The 460 ci crate engine was installed under previous owner and is said to feature a performance camshaft.
