It’s a custom truck. They could have used whatever back glass they thought was appropriate for their personal build. I know a guy with an ‘89 Mustang that has Grand Am tail lights, guess what, it’s still a Mustang.
With all the mods on this i don't think that we can say it's not based on the wrong size window. Not retro but that's not a 56 tailgate eitherThat’s not a 56. Back window is wrong.
Awesome!!!!This 1956 Shelby Snakebit F100 with 550 Horsepowers is a combination of a stock 1956 Ford F100 truck and Ford Performance parts to build the ultimate 1956 Shelby Snakebit F100.
It's a supercharged Shelby 5.4L, six-speed Shelby transmission support 9-inch differential on a custom TCI chassis, an altered wheelbase you stretched wheelbase 5-inches among lots of other you know body mods, with 550 Horsepowers with Ford claims the 373 gears in it, 20-inch wheel it's pretty peppy,
This may be the coolest Street Truck you have seen... just awesome.... check it!!
"Snakebit" a collaboration between Gene Simmons,Shannon Tweed, and Ford.
Good explanation.Ford Daily is wrong. Not a collaboration between Ford, Gene Simmonds and Shannon Tweed. Tweed and Simmons simply presented the truck at Barrett Jackson to help raise money for the Saskatchewan Children's hospital. Tweed and Simmonds were asked by Saskatoon local Ford Dealership owner to present the truck in Los Vegas. Truck was custom built in Saskatoon by a team put together by Tom Foster (a local Sask Business man).Simmonds snd Tweed had nothing to do with the build and were oblivious to the project untill asked to present the Truck at the Auction. It was gracious they presented but-the truck was not a collaboration between Ford, Tweed and Simmonds. Tom Foster deserves the credit for donating this truck and all the work that went into making it.

They said combo of f100 and a 56That’s not a 56. Back window is wrong.
If its a 55 Ford that you built quit being a moron and put Ford parts in it instead of fucking GM parts.. That would be a disgrace to all us FORD lovers out hereI built a 55 with 455 Olds 400 turbo, 373 gm diff hard to find traction.
It was also built in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada.I know the owner of this truck it lives in Prince Albert Saskatchewan Canada
Nice truck! Just prefer it to have a more stock looking front grill.View attachment 1614

That’s not a 56. Back window is wrong.
You're right the back window should wrap at the sides toward the front of the cab...this window is '53 thru '55.
