I recently sold this 1974 Ford F250 SuperCab Camper Special to the 2 guys in the pictures. The 1 on the left goes by Rick or Ricky.
The truck was bought and I believe sold again in the Fremont, California area. It was advertised on FB Marketplace and craigslist.
