This Mercury went through a 2 1/2 year complete nut-bolt restoration after sitting for 40+years. It was one family owned and has a back story as being used before resting in the barn as a moonshine hauler. I used that story and history as the vision for the restoration. Original Mercury Flathead was rebuilt with a few drivability upgrades. T5 five speed with front disc. Everything including hubcaps is original. Reclaimed barn oak was used to restore the bed. Being a Mercury and an original rare truck. It was kept old school hotrod with original Mercury Flathead performance add ons, posies 3”drop supersliders springs. Original 16”wheels with those rare icon mercury hubcaps and beauty rings. Meticulous attention to detail was performed. Restoration was performed by Steve Costa / Smokestack Custom Fabrication
