This 1979 Ford F-350 is a Ranger Lariat 4×4 pickup was sold new by Don Thompson Ford in Sydney, Ohio and was acquired in New York in 2017. The truck is powered by a 460ci V8 linked to a three-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential, and it is finished in black over black and white upholstery. Additional equipment includes 16.5″ Eagle Alloys wheels, a lifted suspension, manually locking front hubs, a vinyl tonneau cover, chrome bumpers, a receiver hitch, side steps, an Alpine stereo head unit, and a trailer brake controller.

The truck is finished in black and is said to have been repainted. Features include a styleside bed, chrome bumpers, side steps, a receiver hitch, a vinyl tonneau cover, and a lockable bedside toolbox. Aftermarket speakers and a lockable storage container are mounted behind the seat. The two-spoke steering wheel frames an 85-mph speedometer as well as gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, battery charge status, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 28k miles.
