1978 Ford F150 Short Bed 4x4

1978 Ford short bed F150 351 modified 4 speed. Mostly original paint and striping . Dealer installed auxiliary fuel tank , you don’t find em like this ! Thanks

Ok someone is trying to pull a fast one first off Ford gas tanks on the 1977 -1979 were mounted in the rear of the truck. The pictures show a gas tank mounted in the cab. This design was last used in 1975/1976 Ford's. Also it is apparent the grill assembly has been changed out. The last 2 pics show round headlights with the turn lights tucked under the hood. This grill was last used in 1977 models. Also the hood ornament showing on the last 2 pics indicates Ford's Explorer package again a 1977 option. I would be very suspect as to how much this truck has been modified body wise.

For sure...looks good though
