The truck was bought back in 2013 from a guy out of Clinton, Missouri by a buddy of mine, Chad Humphus. It’s a 1978 F-250 Ranger XLT with a 2001 24v Cummins. He brought the truck to Fort Worth with intentions of making it a Fummins. By February of 2014 the truck was started for the first time. I started working for Chad back in 2014 and watched this truck transform into what it is today. The truck today is sitting on a Dana 60 Snow Fighter front axle and a Sterling Super Duty 10.25 rear axle with a NV4500 5 speed trans. For years I’ve always wanted to drive the truck and never thought I’d get the chance to until I got a random text about a month back asking if I wanted to buy the Fummins. Of course the answer was a easy yes. The truck is definitely a head turner and conversion starter to say the least. The truck is 100% capable of being a daily driver with cold A/C, hot heat and a killer JL sound system.
