The F250 featured a 3/4-ton payload capacity, and this example is finished in Bright Dark Blue Metallic and white. Ranger XLT trim included a chrome grille surround, while the Camper Special package added larger brakes, an auxiliary battery connection in the bed, a larger radiator, and front and rear sway bars. Dual fuel tanks and an external storage compartment were optioned, and a front bumper bar, wind deflector, side steps, and color-keyed wheel arch flares are believed to be accessories added by the dealership at the time of the original sale.

The 400ci V8 drives the rear or all four wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission and a two-speed transfer case. Service in preparation for the sale included a mechanical inspection as well as installation of a new starter and flywheel.
A period Kenwood cassette deck was installed under previous ownership. The woodgrain-accented steering wheel fronts square gauges including a five-digit odometer that shows just under 27k miles. The seller states that the truck has been driven 500 miles over the last six months. The air conditioning compressor is said to be inoperable.
