The F-750 was originally offered as a medium-duty truck, which helps to explain the visual similarities between its cab design and that of sister trucks from the light-duty line (F150-F350). This example is said to benefit from “countless hours, hard work, and very close attention to detail.” The H4 headlight conversion and 7.17:1 geared Marmon-Herrington front axle are both cool.

Rather than the enormous gas powered V8 that was likely fitted from the factory, a 12-valve 5.9 liter Cummins turbodiesel has been fitted. Fitted with a P-pump, a new HX35 turbo, a BD Pulse exhaust manifold and a dowel pin kit, this should be a really strong build. Twist gets passed to a MT643 Allison 4-speed automatic, though the transfer case isn’t mentioned. A new air compressor governor, new brake valves and air lines should get everything stopped.
