The truck is a labor of love ,I've had many of these old ford's . The one before this one I had for a while several years to. I was in the process building it up when I rolled it and it burnt up . The only thing salvageable was the grill, tailgate ,motor and chassis Spent a year saving up money and gathering parts to rebuild it. In that time I came across the truck I have now, and was way out from putting my other truck back together ,so combined everything to what I have now .I've spent almost 10yrs building it Along the way I had stop off and on to take care of my parents who never got to see me finish it. Wish I could have taken my father for a ride in it. The truck has a 69 429 ,built c6 tranny, gear drive transfer case ,custom tilt dog house , custom radiator, custom cross over steering and custom ladder bars
The paint was done by a close friend. It's not a show truck but it cleans up pretty good!
