Engine started life as a 460cid that was stroked to 557cid. It was tank cleaned, all new materials, bearings, gaskets, dish pistons, rods and rings. New Competition Cams Big Mother Thumper, new aluminum heads, Wieand Stealth intake, 750cfm Summit carburetor, Sanderson headers, HEI distributor, high torque starter, custom air cleaner, aluminum pulleys, aluminum high volume water pump, aluminum brackets, sheet metal valve covers, aluminum radiator, and new fuel tank and lines. The transmission is a fully rebuilt C6 with 2,800 stall converter. 3.55 posi-traction rear end. Coy custom 18" and 22" wheels. Custom made Diamondback redline radials. 4-wheel disc brakes with stainless lines. Mustang II front suspension with rack & pinion steering. The frame is the original 1966 that has been boxed front to rear. Custom fabricated all steel floor pans to fit drivetrain after lowering, cowl area filled, drip rail removed, bed stake pockets filled, Ford in tailgate has been removed. Every piece of the truck has been professionally sandblasted, stripped, epoxy primed and refinished. The bed floor has been done with custom wood and stainless steel strips. All the mouldings and trim have been professionally polished. All stainless steel bolts were used to reassemble the truck. The following parts are all new: emblems, triple plated chrome bumpers, tinted glass, all weather stripping, inside and outside handles, wiring harness, gauges heat and air. The original seat has been recovered. It has a new original style headliner. The truck also has custom carpet, new door panels, sun visors and door sill plates. It has Sanderson headers, 2 ?" dual exhaust and Flowmaster mufflers. The entire exhaust system has been ceramic coated and polished.
