I came here in search of answers and pics. I just found out about an hour ago, after a 2 year search, that I was looking for a '78 or '79 Ford F600 extended cab truck to gather pics of it to make a 3d model of it for printing. I am a disabled CNC Program Engineer. I can't do much these days, let alone drive. But I have been a Ford fan since my dad swore off Chevy trucks in 1974. He spent a few days cursing that old Chevy he had, then one day he came home with a brand new '75 F100, with the long bed. He was a Ford guy ever since, so naturally, I was too. My first car was a '65 Mustang coupe with the 200 ci inline 6.
Anyway, I can't build hotrods anymore, so to stay busy, I build RC cars. Mostly Fords, and mostly 24th scale
Lets see if I can share...
Little work in progress
A Deadpool themed van
And a (cough) Chevy. Don't kill me
If you want, you can check these builds out on my kids YT channel. We don't do much with it these days, but we kinda keep track of our builds with it. Here is the purple Chevy, with a 3d printed overland trailer I designed for it.
Anyway, nice to meet y'all, and I'll be here soaking up knowledge and gathering intel for future RC builds
