n 2016, one of the best guys I ever knew was tragically killed in an accident at work. Dusty was an amazing young man, with a heart of gold and a smile that would light up the world. His dad and mother had been a part of my life since birth. Damon, his father, is one of the best ford truck men in the country, and built more trucks than most ever saw. He had started this build, and after a time offered to sell it to me. I only agreed if he would help me finish it. So over the next few months we began finishing the truck, and in its build we built a relationship that is unbreakable and undeniable strong as we both felt without saying we were doing this in memory of Dusty. The truck has a built 351W, Edelbrock FE system, C6 and has been upgraded inside and out. Custom seat, stereo from Custom Autosound, Dakota Digital VHX gauge cluster, custom 15x13 Factory widened wheels. Dusty’s name is embossed on the dash lid, and for every time I drive it, I see a smile on his face.
