This 1970 Ford F250 Highboy is a very cool truck. It was selectively restored. They left the original body alone with, obviously, a lot of patina showing. This is a very cool, unique, and original Ford Highboy. This truck went through a pretty in depth restoration and they wanted to leave the body alone so it would look like a cool original truck, so they decided not to paint it. The color is Reef Aqua.
We love the look and it is original paint! They did restore the interior, underside, and engine. 68-72 Highboys are rare and hard to come buy. This truck was sold new in Kansas and spent its life there. From what we can tell this is an all original body with original paint and of course the Patina. The body is very straight and the chrome, grille, and bumpers are still in good shape as well. The underside was cleaned and painted to preserve it. The interior is nice and very stock looking with the exception of the seat cover. All of the gauges work and all of the lights and blinkers work. It still has the original radio which does not work and the horn is inop as well. The seat was redone in real cowhide which is pretty cool. They also added new door panels and new rubber floor mat.
