I started with a clean rust free 1965 F100. I had planned on restoring the truck in stages and not totally dismantling the entire truck but a tired engine pushed me in a different direction. After installing the front and rear Heidts Suspension with power rack and pinion steering there were many holes left from the original suspension brackets and cross members to be welded closed. With the suggestion from John Schwandtner, owner of Muscle Cars Unlimited in Airville Pennsylvania, I removed the cab and had the frame powder coated at East Coast Powered Coat in North East, Maryland. All body and paint work was completed by Muscle Cars Unlimited including all of the Ford race red components. The entire underneath of the truck was sprayed with Raptor bed liner. The engine is a Mach Machine 532" big block Ford running Sniper fuel injection built by Bob Mach in Forest Hill Maryland. The transmission is a TCI Super Street fighter with a TCI 2400 RPM stall converter. Bob also fabricated the headers. I'm running Billet Specialties Grinder's, 19"X8" on the front and 20"X10" on the rear with Michelin tires. The brakes are Wilwood, 13" six piston in the front and 12" four piston in the rear.
